Reinstall the app and you will be able to connect the stores again, I fixed this error in this version, in the next versions this should no longer occur.

If you've already uninstalled the app and downloaded it again and the problem still persists there's nothing I can do at the moment, I know some users are experiencing this problem but it's not something I can simulate to get the solution.

 

Before releasing a version I always test the app on 5 different physical devices with different android versions and on my ios device, whenever I have this problem of not being able to connect the stores I just delete the app and download it again, that solves it for me.

It's not working here too, already deleted and reinstalled. Here is some technical info:

 

Device: Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite

Android Version: 12 SKQ1.211006.001

MIUI Version: MIUI Global 13.0.3 Stable 13.0.3.0(SJIEUXM)

Same for me, even reinstalling the App. I can even link the store, but it doesn't appear in the App.

There is a test that can be done. You must go to your smartphone's settings, access the apps menu, search for the app and verify that the permission to access local storage is active, if not, activate it and try connecting the stores again.

Thanks @ZecaDaFoice, but after clearing all data from the app it is working again, just reinstalling wasn't enough.

My smartphone no have this permission to allow.

Just to notify people who has same problem. Reinstall does not work for me as well.

For all Android devices:

1. press and hold Wartale App

2. a drop-down page shows 'App Info', and click 'App Info' 

3. go into Wartale App Info page, click 'Storage & Memory' (can be different category, just click and try on your devices)

4. click 'Clear Data' and click 'Clear Cache' (not sure which one works, but I clicked and cleared both)

5. go back to Link your shops, it will work now.

 

In short: clear data and cache

Improvement suggestion:

 

- Sort store history and PMs in descending order. Have option to clean too. Reason: It would make it easier to see the latest records as it starts to become a more difficult task when the store is open for a long time.

- Show a flag or counter of unread PMs in each Personal Shop.
