are delays in Rpt? like..for example, in ept, a pikemans skill, tornado, would start delaying at lvl 5, and grow on each later level...is this feature still in Wartale as well? If so, are there any skills without delays? is any of this information located on the website? if so, where? thank you for all of the support n answers!
