Clone process impacts and suggestion to make it more consistent.

The administration said the changes made in the cloning process were to make the economy healthier but I totally disagree. And I will explain why:

 

1 - You totally disabled a cool process that makes the game dynamic (For the Administration everything is, 8 or 80 mage and knight are good examples of this). No one would risk losing their sheltons in the process and will always prefer to pay more to have the sheltom they need than to try to clone.

 

2- All economy will focus on the hands of few people (those who will be able to drop sheltons on map 140), will be a minority that may have a sun or sapphire dropped on maps other than that.

 

3- What happens now? There is a vast majority of the game that can not sell their sheltons, because only sheltons difficult to drop were valued at this change. And again the game is with the static economy with gold accumulated in the hands of those who already have much and before this all players had the same chance to sell their product, cause was the same thing to buy 1 sol for 60kk or 3 sapphires for 19 , 5k or 9 oredos per 6.5kk. So there was no difference in buying 1 oredo from a player who dropped on a high level map and buying 3 belluns from a person who to drop on a level map.  So stop monopolizing the economy. 

 

> So,  my suggestion would be to raise the price of the process absurdly (like 10kk for clone sun) but that the chance to fail is 0%. Or that it has the chance to fail but do not make the sheltons be lost in the process only the gold. That way, you would not make the cloning process unusable. <

I really like your suggestions for what could be changed. The idea that you can lose sheltoms, will make the whole function obsolete. No one is gonna risk losing high shelts.

I agree with @caiobuzati. The cloning system should be revised.

 

The cost for cloning needs to increase from oredo, like 2kk < sapphire, like 5kk < sol, like 10kk.

 

If the cloning process failed, only the gold lost. The sheltoms will remain. The purpose of the cloning process is to make a higher sheltom from lower ones, not to erase the sheltoms out of the game into the thin air.

 

High level chars can gain more gold, so they should pay more to clone high level sheltoms.

Exactly. Low level drop celestos/mirajes and clones to infernas ->enigma -> bellum -> oredo and this makes dynamic economy FOR ALL PLAYERS

Why they need to be valued again? Think about it and explain. Everyone needs sol to mix their items and this is fact. But few people drop the sol, so they can charge the price they want, this is not fair because it does with those who have no capacity to drop the sheltom gold slaves from who can drop the sheltom, for having no other choice but to buy from someone who drops.

Sheltom drop rate was reduced in SL also. Bellums, oredos, sapphires and sols are all now somewhat difficult to drop in secret laboratory. Just from word of mouth, since patch 5014 went live for 9 hours, 1 team dropped 0 sols - 0 sapphires - 8 oredos and 18 bellums in SL HS in Odin.

 

With the cloning process much harder, it forces players to drop the sheltoms themselves rather then using an easy method with a 100% success rate, thus lowering the value of every sheltom. When you fail, you keep the sheltom you were cloning into, but lose the 3 you were trying to manufacture with.

Everyone does not "need" to sol mix their items. Everyone "wants" to sol mix their items, see the difference?

Everyone "can" use the cloning process with the same chance at manufacturing a sol.

 

Sols are very hard to drop in the highest level map even before any changes were made- eventually people will start testing their luck and cloning into sols when the market is demanding of them. After every change, their is always complaints when things get harder. But in the long run, the community adapts and everyone goes through the change as a whole.

 

Give it 2-3 weeks, after no one is selling sapphires and sols and players are in need of them who don't have sheltoms to clone with themselves, players will be willing to pay a premium to gain these sheltoms which in hand will have an effect on other players willing to clone into these sheltoms to provide into the market.

Do you think its fair spending hours to gain 2 sapphires + 2 oredos + 2 bellums + 2 enigmas + 2 inferas + 2 mirages and 250kk +/-, to have your item break AND disappear when aging?
