Boss time is every 3 hours at the minutes that it says when you click F10.

 

All I know is most appear at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 (east coast USA time so I am not sure what that is for everyone else) except I know Tulla is one hour after that so 1, 4, 7, and 10 for him and then Babel is every single hour and the XP maps are every half hour.

 

As for hells gate, it tells you in game.  I know each guy is different.  One appears every 3 hours, one every 4 or something.  But they change I believe and their minutes are not the same as boss time either.  I have seen people log in and do a trade chat asking for HG time and someone in game usually knows.

Hells  gate colossi is 5 hours same as death army, only prince is 6 hours
