No you don't hate life, you are only focusing on the negative sides. Try to search for the enjoyable sides of life, maybe think of a nice memory or something that you associate with something good or nice, this will make you happy and then you will realize how wonderful life actually is.

 

Don't try to be an hero or anything else, but be the person you are.
