I want to trade an account but dont know how Dormant talisman works?

If you're binding an account to the talisman, simply right-click the 'Dormant Talisman' and it'll guide you through all the steps. If you have an account bound to a 'Kindled Talisman', also right-click it and it'll guide you through all the steps.

Difference between the two is:

Dormant Talisman - No account is bound to it and you can bind one.

Kindled Talisman - Has an account bound to it.
