Question about hair potion

Hello,
The description of the hair potions includes the information "with headband" or "without headband". whats does "with headband" actually means? when using that potion the headband will automatically appears or is it necessary to use a headband potion after using a hair potion "with headband" ?

Hi there,

 

The headband is referring to the Tier 1->5 headband. The so when you change your hairs style to the one without the headband you will see the style of the hairs only.
