Hi, I just joined the server on my character BaoWao. Im kinda confused. Everyone in Ricarten is lvl 110+. Im struggling to find a good leveling place as Im lvl 77 and Im still using scale armor and a silver bird. No one speaks english. I was wondering if there was a trick to getting to lvl 100+ faster than just grinding at Oasis. Thanks alot.

oasis is horrible for level 77.  go the dark sanctuary and find a party there and xp will be very fast.  also, forbidden land to solo/party is good xp too.   

that should get you to level 80 ish.

I went to CT1 and had some great partys, then moved to ct2/i1/i2 HS till 90, went to ice1 and at 95 to MD1 with the clan and leeched for some lvls

First of all I suggest you to read the leveling guide and EVERY information on the home page.

 

If you did that you would know that npcs sell items up to level 9x so it's your fault if you are using a silverbird (pike?) and a scale armor. Moreover the thales armor is as good as lvl 8x armors and you can get it at lvl 1 (as long as you have gold to buy it ofc, i think it's around 500k).

 

If you read info you would know that mystery forest is an amazing place both for leveling (up to 5x-6x) and to make gold and that there are many quests that help you gaining exp and gold.

 

No one speaks english: partially true. Most of the players are from brazil or vietnam but there are many english speaking players as well as clans.

 

Best place to exp at lvl 77: dark sanctuary with hulk crystals, or ct1 with a pt. Then it depends on your gear, stats, class and skills ofc. Assuming you are a pike, with a thales armor and a lvl 75 scythe you should be good solo exping in d4/ds

I'm using store-bought equipment at level 61 or so. From what I can gather so far, that's pretty much the worst available, but that's all I can find.

Would if I had any idea what a clan does and if anyone is even interested in having me. Would also help if I could actually find someone who spoke to me. I'm not sure if it's a completely different language or just a bunch of abbreviations I'm getting, but I don't understand half of what I read in-game.

When I first got here, I had the same experience.... I thought literally nobody on the server could actually speak english. But then I found out there are a few clans on rpt that only permit people who speak english well enough to communicate... The english ones seem to be a bit of a closed circle, but once you get in there you're good to go.

 

I don't even remember how I leveled from 70 to 100... I think it was with AoR + health in dark sanctuary and s1/2. But yea, come join Heretics, we'll look after ya

hmm buy alot of mystic, king hopy or hulk crystals. then go to Atlantis then go to  mystery forest 1,2 or 3 then kill all the monsters there for about 30-1hr and you will have like 7-10m. and repeat. to gain more money..

Visit the blacksmiths in Atlantis Town (portal npc in ricarten to atlantis town) for 65 to 80 gear. More 8x gear in Battle Town (portal npc in the far end of atlantis, up the stairs).
