Hunt maps can drop their respective lvls of items, for example ice 1 (lvl 90 map) can drop lvl 90 items as most. The higher level the map means better chances of actually getting those items though.

 

An good map for farming lvl 96 upwards items is CT3 (cursed temple 3, lvl 120 map) as it's lowest drops are 96 items.
