They dont gave us feed back, probably because is a code change maintenance or small(but complicate) things.

I saw in a post,Wartale said the next patch the tier 5 skills or the project Zeus( i don't remember) will come to the server,maybe that's why they're taking so much time,maybe a lot of problems came out and they testing,we just need to think this is for all of us

i think it's only bug fix, perhaps add select screen, it's been 6 months already ?

No feedback. No details. Do they truly care? How does maintenance take so long for minor issues that don't warrant clarification? Do they truly want to be here providing this service?

 

What's their motivation to keep this server running? I'm trying to want to care, but as I see it, the potentiality for new players to become a part of this community will lose momentum due to the lack of an anchor of reason/logic to latch on to. 

 

In my experience, because of joining during this event, set aside the abnormal difficulties with installing the game and account verification confusion, I had to create my first characters on here + had no way to pick my starting hairstyle, thus (being cosmetically motivated) having to first obtain my first 500k gold just to spend it on a default hairstyle that I would have normally started with.

 

I'm not here to play victim, but I'm the kind of guy that would pay good money on premium services so long as the basic services and customer service meet a basic requirement that one would normally expect from any MMO. This version of PT has a lot of potential and I enjoy it for all of its good points, but the customer service is severely lacking, and when something inconvenient happens, the lack of response is not gonna help this community grow any bigger nor help it to feel more inclusive and cohesive.

I think the following way, it is not good they give an estimate type such hours the server will be online because if there is any problem and not go online the players will complain, however in my opinion if they think the maintenance will take too long at least pass for his players that the server probably only went online the next day so the players can go for a walk, sleep, read a book, I do not do anything to be waiting for the game without knowing if he comes back today or not.

I understand you @zeblld but i think we deserve to know if the maintenance will take more time to end,like the last maintenance they warned all of us changing the time for more 24 hours and more and more,that's what we want,just information about it,if will take more time

Yes @eyedion so I said it is not cool they give an exact hour but could at least say if it is going to take too long or not just the next day something like that at least for the players not to be waiting here without knowing if it will return today, if they say they came back only tomorrow at least everyone can go do other things and tomorrow we all go back to normal play.
