Hi. I did ask this question for clarification in the technical section. perhaps it was the wrong section but I found Wartale's reply to be very rude.

 

I asked for clarification as I still cannot find why it's deactivated. Yes I'm asking for a reason as it was part of my future plan. I figured the service providers would have explained it but I missed it.

 

so I'm asking, why is it deactivated? I need to know so I can plan my gaming strategy accordingly. 

 

I understand you are providing a service. But where I am from people are generally helpful to each other and not so rude. Being patient and understanding, as well as actively trying to better the community is how we role, i guedd it eas my mistake to translate that over to an online community. to each their own ofcourse.
