if i understand your bad english you are saying that players only give party for prs ms and as. If this is what you are saying:

 

First: its not true most of the times

Second: you are always able to pick up one hs and make up your own pt independent of your class or level.

A integration system to less favorable classes with party quotas :p.... +2% xp for every different classe in party and -2%x # of repeated classes -, like, 1 Ms, 1 prs, 1 as, 1 ss, 1 ata, 1 ks > 12% xp; 6x 2% bonus;

1 ms 1 prs, 1 Ss , 2 As, 1 ks > 6%; 4 classes not repeated x 2% - 1x 2% (only 1 repeated classe).

1 ms 1 ss 3 As 1 ks > 3x2% - 1x2%=4%

 

if the bonus is negative it won't be  considered, which means 0% bonus

This is just a suggestion, maybe more repeated classes like 3 As, bonus becomes 0
