13x +, what is your routine?

I've just got back to the game a few weeks ago and seems like a lot of things have changed. I'm playing a 132 MG with relatively decent gears and have quite a bit of gold in storage if there is anything needed to be bought.

 

Before stopped playing, I typically grind on exp maps, and do Bellatra (SOD) in between sessions to make things less boring. I rarely do party quest because it is typically more efficient to just grind on exp map.

 

However, now, Bellatra seems barely worth farming. Exp map doesn't seem to drop dagaz and grinding on exp map continuously after the daily quest, getting something like 4% level progress per hour just feel really pointless. Slots for party quests seems to be quite a bit hard to find, not sure because I'm a MG or because there are less players overall. I typically play around 8am sever time ( it's 6pm where I live).

In the last few weeks, I have literally just play around 30 mins a day doing the daily quests then log out and play other games, there doesn't seem to be anything else that is interesting enough to keep playing. I sometime do HG as well, but I find it inconvenient to check HG time and often miss it.

So what are you fellow MG doing these days?

find a supportive clan to grind level and exp with

Find party to do DIQ is a really problem in this server, and the worst thing you can  do is play solo or being in a inactive clan.
Try to find a active clan it will help on this problem

Bro, I have a magician 136 when I was 132 I'm going to Iron Core using exp pot and a good exp. To get gold hunt on et1 or et2, to get gold easily try to find a clan to help you in CT3, and a good map to get the gold quickly.

132-140 feels like an endless grind with no reward. I dont mind the exp maps that have daily quests as doing it daily does not feel so bad but grinding endlessly with no drop rewards. Once you get to 140 You get drops again and things become more fun! (still hoping for that 132 daily quest) but for now Just hang in there and slowly get some levels.

CT3 to farm gold when i want new items. Sometimes SOD (i like it even after gold nerf).

Business, buying items at lower prices and reselling for normal prices. Sometimes people want fast gold, so they sell items for really cheap prices (patience needed).

XPing mostly time on IC, sometimes DIQ when i can find party there, because of my playing time and business in rl it's really hard to stay for hours there.

I guess that the best strategy nowadays to get a high level char is to make gold everyday, put a goal to yourself: if you want to buy a char that costs 8kc, how many kks do I need to farm in order to get this amount at the end of the month, or 2 months, or whatever.

 

As said above, it's really hard to xp from 132 - 140. Unless you really love to exp in maps as AD3/IC, or you love the idea to have your own char from 0, I suggest to farm gold and buy a 140+ char.

Don't forget equipment costs too. 14x gear can be quite costly. It also depends on how much KK you can earn per day. With the decreasing cost of Sheltoms & other farming items, you'll need to spend longer hours to reach your goal. 

I like CT3, but keep thinking I should get out of it one day. 

For me the routine is always: Slacking, Iron Core, HG and trying to get slot in DiQ.
