You can buy the Moon Hunter item from Spring Girl NPC near Clan Master. When you activate it, Mini Monsters will spawn at night in any given map (except exp maps, as I've heard).

My question is: does Moon Hunter work when the Event is gone?

When you activate the Moon Hunter Mini Monsters spawn during the night. They drop the following items:

Você compra um item chamado Moon Hunter no NPC Spring Event que vai ter em ricartem. Quando você está com esse item ativo, nos mapas à noite nascem mini monstros que dão itens premium como SP/MP Down, Presa Vampirica e Mana Aura. Esses itens podem ser vendidos no ferreiro e valem 1kk cada. Dá pra farmar muito gold nesse evento. A porcentagem de drop é equilibrada, mas para melhorar recomendo usar olho mágico, pois as noites duram menos de 4 minutos.

Se você optar por ir dropar com olho mágico, aconselho deixar um char apenas para moon hunter. Ir no mapa somente nas noites e ficar durante o dia na cidade, para não gastar o olho mágico sem necessidade durante o dia, pois os monstros só aparecem de noite.

Os mini monstros não aparecem em mapa de up, mas eles sempre são invocados quando você tem moon hunter ativo, mesmo em épocas fora do evento. Ou seja, dá pra estocar o item pra usar durante o ano ou vender em lojinha após o evento terminar.

O melhor mapa para dropar os itens premium é Oasis, devido a grande quantidade de mobs.
