- Access to treasure maps that guide you to Treasure Chests!
- The Pirate Faction exists within War Mode PvP. War Mode automatically activates if you're near a Treasure Chest, if you don't already have it enabled.
- Treasure Chests appear anywhere, examine your treasure map and dig them up before rival pirates do and claim your spoils!
  - It's a pirate's myth that the more PvP kills are made, the more goodies are in the chest.

- Super Backpack. Two extra pages for Costumes, Weapon Skins and Materials that your Minion can carry!
- Change Handedness. Are you left-handed? Now your Wartale character can be too!

- Graphics:
  - HDR:
    - Classic (default).
    - Balanced. Looks like Classic except when there's a lot of bright particles stacked on the screen, such as in Hell's Gate. The reduced brightness may be more comfortable for your eyes.
    - Vibrant. A different visual appearance, mainly an option just for fun.
    - Off, higher FPS but lower color fidelity in some scenarios.
  - Particle Opacity. Let's you reduce the opacity of all particles.
  - Dynamic Light Intensity. Let's you reduce the intensity of dynamic lights (e.g. from particles).
  - Effect Filter. To filter out particles from other players or monsters.
  - High Visibility Outline (default on). Makes the aim outline more visible.
  - FPS Cap (default unlimited). Similar to VSync, but let's you choose any FPS and is done by the game instead of your GPU. Comes with Energy Saving option, which could be useful on a laptop to increase battery duration.
- Personalization
  - Self Outline. Create an outline around yourself for better visibility.
  - Show Server Name under minimap.
- Camera:
  - Stable FOV (default on). Keeps field of view the same regardless of how you change the Game Window size.
- Screen:
  - Resizable Windowed display mode is now available.
Fixed a bug where wearing 2H Cross Bow Skin on top of 2H Bow Weapon causes an Animation error.

Skill Balance

Quote

The Mechanician rework took longer than expected to land. A large part of the delay came from revisiting older abilities that had numerous internal interactions, which made updating the kit more complex than anticipated. With this rework, we focused on addressing a few key issues:

Lack of damage reduction, which left him vulnerable to high burst damage, as the absorption scaling wasn’t keeping up with the rest of the game.

Significant fragility when using two-handed items, due to shield requirements tied to certain buffs.

Large gap between minimum and maximum attack power, resulting in unpredictable damage output (especially when critical hits were involved).

While tackling these problems, we wanted to maintain the Mechanician’s core identity and preserve what made his gameplay unique. To achieve that, we brought the “While Healthy” modifier, originally introduced for Obliterate, into the base kit. This gives Mechanician new ways to either increase damage or mitigate incoming damage when he is at high HP.

This update establishes a stronger foundation for the class. Some numbers may still need refinement, and we’ll be relying on your feedback to fine-tune the rework moving forward.

Compulsion Reworked

Elemental resistance has become an increasingly important stat, and the previous values of Fire Attribute made it far too easy for players to hit the cap with minimal investment.

We’ve also made some changes to Boost Health to ensure Fighter's high-risk gameplay feels more intentional and less punishing.

Melee Mastery

(PVE) Extra Weapon Damage Boost increased from 160% to 200%.

Fire Attribute

(PVE/PVP) Fire resistance reduced from 50% to 25%.

Berserker

(PVE) Attack power boost increased from 13% to 14%.

Boost Health

(PVE) Increased damage reduction from 10% to 16% when HP is <50% and using 2h items;
(PVE) Increased damage reduction from 4% to 8% when HP is <50% and using 1h items;
(PVE) Increased damage reduction from 13% to 19% when HP is <25% and using 1h items;
(PVE) Increased damage reduction from 25% to 27% when HP is <25% and using 2h items.

Quote

We’re glad to see Pikeman performing well in HC, especially thanks to his ability to freeze enemies. However, his AoE damage hasn’t been keeping pace with expectations, so we’ve increased the power of his AoE skills.

The Ice attribute has also received the same adjustments previously applied to the Fire attribute to ensure consistency, but we buffed his defensive skills a bit as a slight compensation.

(PVE) Duration increased from 3 to 4 seconds.

Playing Archer solo isn’t easy, especially with such limited tools to keep enemies at a distance. To help address this, we’ve completely reworked Stun Arrow. It now applies a new negative status called "Entangling", which reduces enemy movement speed (the new Stun Arrow becomes even more effective when used with Leap Shot).

That’s not all, Archer has also received buffs to several of her other offensive abilities to further support her solo performance. We also wanted to experiment some PvP changes, let's see if Avalanche can become a viable finisher now.

We transferred some of the evasion from Alas to Blade Mastery, and added a few extra evasion points to compensate for the defensive buffs given to other melee classes. We also removed the RNG from AoE skills. Although all of our internal testing indicates the Assassin is performing well in PvE, the community feedback has suggested otherwise. We'll see if these new changes produce more positive results.

Lightning Sword was performing far above the rest of the kit, creating an imbalance in how the class delivered its damage. To smooth this out, we shifted some of its power into the base attack stat and increased Divine Piercing damage.

Shaman’s mana consumption was significantly lower than that of other classes, so we’ve increased the cost of several abilities to bring it in line with the rest of the roster. Inertia has also been nerfed in PvP for better overall balance, and Chasing Hunt received a reduction in power, as it was never intended to outperform other classes in luring efficiency.

Fixed issue with the Elysium Amulets quest where you couldn't get the Amulet. There’s no need to climb the tower anymore - the second Elysium Amulet is now hidden somewhere in the Lost Temple.

Hi all,

Due to a bug with the Wild Mount / Stray Minion capturing mechanism, we've temporarily removed the Master Capture Crystal and Glimmery Capture Crystal craft recipes and no shiny stray minions will appear. It will be back to normal after a fix has been released.
