Will we get more details about this event before the date comes? Or will it be a complete surprise?

My horse doesn't have racing equipment they cost a lot of gold T_T

I'm curious. Is it a hippodrome?
Is it a mission to deliver something somewhere with a timer?

Perhaps a dispute between whoever first raises a character from creation to a certain level.
