enchant weapon still bug?and force orb effect on skill of mage?

i dont know if i level 10 the enchant weapon is it still bug?and force orb is it still effect for my skill?need some answer

nooo. EW is lvl 1

 

here's the guide in mage skills

 

Zenith: lvl 10

Mental Mastery: lvl 10

Energy Shield: lvl 10

Dias: lvl 10

Spirit Elemental: lvl 10

Meteorite: lvl 10

Distortion: lvl 10

Flame Wave: lvl 10

yes, force orb has give extra DMG.

i think, but some mgs here didnt put EW into 10
