How to open shop? and talk to everyone?

Sorry if this is a newbie thread but i was just wondering how to do you open shops? and do like broadcast/talk to everyone on the server?

Click on botton next " ! "  that with up arrow

Let me try to help you:

 

1st Click on this button:

 

 

Then a new window will appear:

 

 

Choose the item you want to sell and put it on the Sale window and set the price:

 

 

Once you're done, just click in "Start Selling". It will show a new window were you can put a name for your shop:

 

 

And done! Just press enter to open the Chat and you are able to talk and sell your items and the same time
