runes question

when altering an item with super dagaz/runes (base, spec, requ), does it change the cost of coins it needs to make it perfect in the coin shop? like if you use the runes to get the item closer to perfect but youre still not quite there, will the price be less in coin shop to make perfect? please and thank you.

nope, it'll always cost the same, and if i'm not mistaken is: "price of the item in the coin shop"/2
