Not Responding

Does anyone has the issue of  Not Responding when you are in a crowd place like ricarten or BC? My screen keep frozen after a few second and when i click the screen then its said Wartale( Not Responding) on the top left corner with a foggy white screen. Then after ~ 10-20 seconds its back to normal and my character teleport in a distance ( Its still running in the background but the screen got froze) and its keep repeating.

update: It has occur more on BC than ricarten. Everytime I teleport to BC the screen got froze for minutes before i could move and could see other players.
