Sometimes I try to help but as player I feel lazy when topics like that appears.

 

To the staff I believe it's really boring and waste of precious t5 development time.

I think the staff could add a template to the thread body when creating a new thread, with infos like:

Char name:
SO:
Computer Specs:

Date:
Server:
etc etc

There is no option for that :).

 

People want short cut but they don't know it will actually slowdown their request.
