What are they for, and why is lot of people suddenly buying them? Also, whats the duration of the XP monocle thing and how much % XP it gives? Is the max stats for Gold Hopy the same as the orginial pink/green ones?

Gold hopy stats are the same as the normal hopy costumes yes.
