Pros and cons- Mage,Knight,Archer

Hi, new back to the game havent played for a very long time. Want to start a fresh new character and am thinking of either a mage, knight or archer. 

Just wanted to check these are all still viable options in game atm for pve and pvp. Only because ready some forums people saying that some 

classes aren't in a good state to play atm. So if some people could help with a few pros and cons of each class that would be great thanks.

Well, from what I know myself, MGS are still damn good for all needs PVE. MGS have been good at PVP so if that is something you want, choose something else. I don't know what is good for PVP because I don't partake in it personally.
