Yes, I think isn't easy because we aren't talking about only 1 week of delay. If you take a look at patch 5065 notes in 17 February , there says "preparation to next update".

So, the works started there in that data.

You can check all another notes above, always says " preparation to next update "

Then new map was dated to 30 April, then 8 may, then 15 may , then 19, then Saturday, then Sunday, then Monday, then Tuesday and now nobody know.
