are mages good in pvp? What about shamans?

Only shaman can pvp against melee classes, I mean, he can kill them. Mage and prs are currently support classes in pvp.

Shaman is one of the best class to go PvP Atm.

 

Mage is also a good classe for SW because Dias deals an insane amount of damage for an AoE skill ( it can reach 800 dmg since it hits 2 times), also, distortion is a good skill for support, anyway, death ray damage is quite low, lower than dias...

 

Priest can't go PvP at all.

what about the Stone Spike skill around ppl , doesnt it do more damage that Dias ?

Stone spike damage is reduced on PVP, otherwise it would hit 2K damage =p.
