As a beginner, I think having aged items to only increase level every four levels is something very positive. It can definitely close the gap between casual and hardcore players in terms of PvP. Plus, you don't need to reach 15x to wear the best gear +22 (which in my opinion may take a while in case you dont play that often).

3 is just perfect! its not too easy to get lvl to use +22 gear and not too hard, perfect!

I think 3 for now is perfect. Its fair for people who bought items so they can use it at 3 as well. Reverting back to 2 would cause more unhappy players...
