I'm playing Power Mech, but I can't use skill Metal Armor. 
I raised that skill to level 8, fully dressed in armor, shields and weapons. 
But when I turn on that skill, 
I don't know what conditions I need to use that skill or because my character is faulty.

you should wear a mechanician spec armor... specification of item.. should be mech

He means that the Spec of Armor is MS, not FS,PS, ASS...

it is necessary to use Mech specs,

Wear an armor with Mech. Spec on it and then use the skill.

 

It also says on the skill description if i recall.
