Yea. it starts happening the moment you choose your character.

 

Melee = Tankable

DPS = Dmg / Low hp 

 

Don't argue not being hit by mobs = abuse / not fairplay ( because you are not suppose to let mobs hit you since you are DPS with low hp )

So it works everything as a team. The melee will tank them, DPS deals the damage. ( Teamwork )

Together they gain exp ! Fair and square.

What if staff create a new "armor" between armor and robe, like "cuirass" , it would have a ok defense rate but small absorption , and maybe evasion(or stamina) on spec instead of absorption. Just needed above 120 armor  tier.

The spec would be only for archer, atalanta and mechanician requiring less str and more agi and tal.

if you are about taking away wall trick from rangers for being unrealistic, Please give them back  Crystal/Summon Pet option to survive. They are named Ranger for a reason, even in other games, they have something like "Trap" tools to keep monsters away from them for a certain amount of time to kill. Unlike melee-heavy tank/close combat, ranger can still easily die even when they wear armor. The whole "wearing armor, shooting monster at close range like melee, potting like hell just try to not die" thing is really weird and stupid for ranger class if you ask me.

I have AS, and trapping a monster on walls is a "skill or talent" not all rangers can do it! specially if they hunt (boss or just regular hunting map). For this topic, I will say yes to the staff!

 

Most of the arguments here doesn't understand what staff wants to talk about. Quoting some skills, damage, etc without thinking!

I was thinking in something like that a few days ago, i thought in a revamp for Elemental shot skill for Archers, the cast animation could be like thunder roop from the official server T5, and, instead of two shots with dif elements, it would be one shot with both lightning and fire element [ the effect could be a ball of fire and lightning, like a smaller morning pray effect(without the magic symbols) + flame effect + lightning effect] and it work like a black hole, pulling mobs to inside the ball for a period of time, stucking them inside it and causing damage over time(burning effect), it could last for 4 sec-5 sec with a 20 sec delay, and it would be a nicr combo with perfuration.

Anyway it would require a lot of balance, since players are already saying that archer is OP.
