DC (1) instant banned for no particular reason?

This happen several times now...

I have friends that aren’t using any tools for this game. They also big donators for the sv with high level accounts. They simply have anti viruses for their computers, and when they log in to game, they got DC 1, therefore instant banned. After they do unban requests, staff would not unban them and said how they are using tools... and locked the topic without giving players a chance to explain what computer they are using, anti viruses. 

This is quite frustrating. Because it happens to other players also, they have the same problem and got instant banned.

We as players, find bugs  always with the game, and this is one of it. Could staff please look into this case and work things out? Because it is frustrating to be banned for no reason and also being told that we use tools. 

Wartale is the best Wartale sv, but it could loose players to help sv out...because of this

please look into this case

There is the unban request section where u can argue and ask for unban...

 

if u think there is more to say about it just create another topic and tell your points in there...
