Calculation ES

Hi,

 

Does anyone have an idea how the "added Block" from ES is calculated? Is it more 15% of the e.g. 28% on my current shield added, meaning i have 32,2% block? Or is the whole 15% from ES added and I have 43%?

 

Its just out of curiosity how all those "added" damages, blocks and so on are calculated.
