I believe they're releasing skills one at a time for now, not all skills will be available after the server is up, but T5 quest will be fully functional.

I say we kidnap the original PT creators and force them to make tier 6-8 since it was their intention to create 8tiers. so let them work for lets say 1dollar an hour on a 20hr labour day so they get 20$ a day working for rPT. But they don't know it'swtsince they are kidnapped and we ignore them until they are done.
