i am wondering for those who bought the account without the gaia armor in there, how can they get the armor again if the quest is completed by the previous owner?

Just do the quest again and you get the Gaia Armor

You can repeat the quest now, once every day, as it was meant to 

I have finished the quest twice now and got 2 Gaia Armors
