What is break % on ageing?

Hi, just wondering what the break % is in ageing? 

Does it go up as the age does up or not?

 

please remember this is not fail %. Thats differnt. Break % and fail % are two differnt things as your item can break even with a 0% fail chance.

would be nice to know the chance to break on differnt ages to know how much a risk im taking on different ages.
