Hello, I need to know if when buying the change of class, I can have the pill and use it later? or is it instantaneous?

I used it today and I can confirm it's not an item you can save. Upon clicking it, your must choose your new character name and class, then click the Buy button. The next time you log in your class will be changed. If you purchase the premium package, then the class spec runes will be sent to your item distributor.
