Roar!

Hey guys and girls,

 

So i'm new to fighter, and found something which i believe to be a bit....crap?

 

Let's say i'm in SoD, R7, I use roar to stun all the mobs. I then must wait until mobs are out of stun before using again?!?

I've noticed that when I use roar on mobs who are still stunned, it does not reset their stun duration, hence so that a few seconds after my 2nd stun, they are free and my roar is now on CD.

 

Is roar supposed to work like this? Or is this possibly a bug which should be rectified? Thoughts?

Roar's stun duration lasts longer than it's own cooldown (when using feather), so, when using another Roar while the enemy monster or player is already stunned, it will remove the Stun, instead of stunning it again. 

It was changed to prevent perma-stunning monsters/players with two Fighters or even just one, so now you have to actually time your Roar instead of mindlessly spamming it to achieve perma stunning ?

Then, what is your point?

I've explained how and why Roar works the way it does.

If you have any complaints, go to suggestion boards, instead of whining on a accurate explanation of how the skill works.

My my, you're absolutely right. If you ever make a suggestion, it will not get attention - not because of your suggestions, but for your manners.
