Role positioning of PRS

The auxiliary skills of PRS are now seriously weakened.
It does not enhance the hunting ability of PRS. (My 142Q has not been completed yet, more than 2 years)
So what is the role of PRS? Mobile warehouse?
After so many years, there are still a lot of T5 skills not completed.
