Do you think Obliterate is worth to upgrade ?

It seems almost mech will select the Trine Shield as the 1st Skills for max. And the second ? Obliterate?

 

10 seconds delayed for an AOE skill. Is it worth to upgrade after Trine Shield ?

Nah

If you're going for a tanker, Gravitation of course, that will be pretty useful.

IMO mech will be always suxor mass killer, training AOE skill won't be that good. A good mech with Gravitation will find parties to train easily, won't need any big killer power, it can tank for the party while they kill.
