Depends on what you're looking for.

 

Some very loose guidelines:

 

you basically want enough talent/agi for your gear; enough spirit for sheltom (personally I use devine, may lower down for DGS soon).

 

For a power mech, base health and all into str. For a tank/spark mech, str for armor, and all into health.

For Spark mech, you need a bit more spr than "normal", so not all in to health

Yes it is, you don't need more mana. Do whatever fits you best, more mana or not
