Quick graphic design question [printing]

I'm designing some business cards; the "web safe" colours are the ones that are universal, right? AKA it will print the exact same colour, no matter what the printer?

I doubt it, every printer has it own tone.

 

 

Web safe colors are colors which look the same in all browsers - that is why they are called "web safe colors"
