Exping at Ft1

How much abs and def i need to exp in ft1 without vl, and pot just little times or no pot ?

I played on Rinoa when it was 128 fully 115 + 20 right when 115 items open to donations, it could hold ad1 easy.

 

Ive played on Happy also when it was top 1 on server 125 fully 110 + 20, items 110 was still the best items in game, and it could hold ft2/ft1 easy also, on this time, may ~ june 2010, these maps was still the best to exping, ad1 wasnt opened.
