Mount System (Patch 5122 & 5123)

Changelog Patch 5122: Mount System released! It is now possible to use Potions, Teleport Cores and Yahoo/Taunt while being on a Mount. Precision chain to Automation is now based on the Skill Level of Automation. Fixed a bug where casting a buff quickly after it ran out of time would not always properly activate the buff again. Changelog Patch 5123: Wild Horses taming difficulty decreased by reducing the number of rounds required to finish from 10 to 8. Wild Roosters taming attempts increased from 4 to 6. Hell's Gate elemental damage sounds are now in 3D. Fixed missing Mount sounds. Enjoy Wartale! ^^
