What is the right combo for mech?

With the new skill balance it seems Impulsion is the best AoE damage dealer. 

I'm trying to figure out what the right weapon/skill combo is. 

 

I could go full damage + 2h but that might make me rather vulnerable. 

I could go 2h + metal armor instead of maximize. 

I could go 1h + maximize + spark shield. 

 

It's not clear to me what I should be using. Any advice?

Hi,

 

Impulsion will be the best aoe dmg for you as long as the spawn you're killing in doesnt exceed 25 monsters, hence its best until about 110 or 120. After that youll do better with spark as dmg since spawns are bigger.

 

As for the build i would personally always go 1h + spark shield, and if you dont need your metal armor to tank go for maximize, i usually use a vamp suit or summer suit though since they give 1 atk speed along with metal armor.

At the moment 107, play in md3.

Then Spark ms is indeed the way to go for you right now and for the next few dozen of levels.

Once you can do the Death Island Party quest (lvl 132), it's best you rebuild to full tanker: Physical Abs 10, Metal Armor 10, Extreme shield 10, Compulsion 10 and Trine Shield 10.
