noob questions regarding aging stones

Hi,

It might be an obvious question, but unfortunately I couldn't find an answer anywhere in the forum or in guides.

where and how do I use the aging stone while im aging an item?

I mean.. do I need to combine that with all other stones?(with the bellums,, infernas.. etc.. )

or should I use it in some other way?
