GM accused me using speed hack

 

I hunt in et3, AFK in ricarten during 24 hours & never putting 1 step to SoD since reached lv125. I read all report hackers, speed hack which had been used by hackers for train, SoD & BC. But about me, i stopped training .... no SoD , just hunt hunt & hunt in et3 day by day. Almost ppls even saw me in et3, i think they know clearly how i play  :-\ I AFFIRM THAT I DIDN'T CHEAT OR USE HACK & SHARE ACC TO ANYONE

I really dont know how about my case  ??? just wanna be unbanned soon.

Ask them, how many hours i were hunting in et3/day. I affirm they always see me in there, how i fight. Even Pie, let's ask her, i talked to her several times.

I think If a case banned (required lv 115+), GM should say why this acc is banned, and where, when as possible.

how to contact them? cuz they never respond by personal msg. Just wait for their reply at least within 12~16 hours/day.

 

However, if contact them successfully, they never trust me.
