When Does Kelvezu Spawn

I've been in Kelvezu cave during boss hour but no purple letters on my chat box saying kelvezu spawn.. i was wondering what time does it spawn D: can anyone tell me?

It usually spawns during boss hour.  But due to bug #3 on the development list
