problema

descargue el cliente completo pero cuando ingreso mi usuario o contraseña el teclado no me permite borra con la tecla y dentro del juego el teclado no me lo reconoce y solo puedo usar las potas o abrir inventario con el mouse , hay alguna solucion a eso ?
