why not impulsion?

Impulsion have better damage.
but spark works better when you surrounded by more than 25 mobs in a small area  or when you too lazy to move.

just use both, ms don't have much attack skill XD

Impulsion, but if you're going to use spark shield, upgrade spark is obligatory.
