impulse have static damage or is affected by atk?

does powermech have any advantage? cos they miss a lot and dont have a good AOE. Thanks.

Impulsion? No it is fixed damage. Base damage does not affect it one single bit.

Yep, it's fixed damage, base damage doesn't effect it. Neither do Forces

That's how mechs should roll. They're a bit messed up, but yea, if you want to train forgett power build. Or you'll be worse than a fighter, considering your killing powers are lower and your aoe possibilities are pretty much the same

base damage (and force) is only applied on the first target of impulsion.

No, that's Cyclone Strike from Fighters.

 

Impulsion is 100% static damage. :(

i'm fairly sure the first target get more damage. maybe it was like that before, or maybe on ept

 

i don't think i'm mixing up with fighters, because i never played one (ever !)

Fighters got boost on target, static damage on the nearby mobs

 

Mechs got nothing on target but default attack power, static damage on the mobs around
