Maximum Crit/Block/Evasion

Hello everyone , i would love to know if there is a maximum value of these things ( crit/block/evasion ) that a char cant exceed, like if the maximum crit rate is 50% and the char has 55% crit then its a waste of 5% crit, same goes for Block and Evasion.
please if there are maximum values then i would like to know what they are.

Critical Rate: max 70%

Critical Damage: 70% + unlimited

Block: max 50% or 70%, not sure
Evade: no limit and doesn't stack

I think block is 70% too, otherwise trine shield would be useless =p
