if you are in a low lvl map with PA/MA+tier 4 skill that give abs, it might not triger yes.i also saw that with my mech but going on a map of your lvl it will work.mobs probably cant hit you and that why it didnt triger.if you want it to work on low lvl map,dont use those skill.

Test it out, even when you don't see the sparking lightning it might be hitting monsters when your shield block their attack

At a wild guess, I'd say that you're training at a place where the mobs are to low for the block to take affect.

Its more of a problem with MA and Comp. At lower level areas, don't use those skills as it will bug spark shield. At areas which you need buffs to survive but not too much, just go MA.

i have noticed this aswell, its like u absorb their whole attack instead of blocking it at all

try going to a very low level map, and see everything die from sparkshield
